FeeBack - Cashback for customer's feedback
FeeBack is the new Groupon, where customers get offers in the form of cashback only after they share their feedback on the quality of service and products they purchase. Retail shops, restaurants, cafés can "request customers" to visit their shops. Cashback will be sent to customers for sharing their constructive feedback. Shops have full control over the number of customers needed, the refund percentage to give, and the questions that need to be answered by customers. 1 request can be placed in less than 30 seconds. Customers explore nearby places, speak up their minds, and receive cashback. FeeBack makes 5% for every customer it helps in acquiring. It is a performance-based model, where businesses only pay after they get results. Everyone is happy.
